AAMAS2003 Conference

PARTICIPANTS

Anyone with an interest in ECAs may attend - it is not necessary to submit a workshop paper in order to attend but people who do, will get priority. To encourage workshop discussion and interaction there are a limited number of places, so early registration is recommended.

PRIMARY / SECONDARY AUDIENCE

  • Researchers building individualised ECAs and ECA interface systems and applications.
  • Those interested in ECA Technology.

WORKSHOP OUTCOMES

The workshop will build around the dominant themes of submitted papers (see "Workshop Format").

At the end of the workshop, participants should have a broad understanding of the differing technologies involved in the production, development and directing of "individualised ECAs". They will have seen several ECA systems and will understand the problems associated with the technology. They will have contributed, through discussion, to the future development of individual ECA interfaces within the global context. They will also become part of a network of ECA researchers and practitioners.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION

Details about registration and location are available on the conference website.

The workshop will cost AUS$XXX.00 and will include lunch, morning and afternoon tea.

Note: Workshop participants will be required to register for the AAMAS2003 Conference.
